1] This Court, by order dated 03.02.2016, issued notices in the present Writ Petition and had recorded the statement of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that in a similar state of facts in Writ Petition No.1845/2014 and Writ Petition No.1115/2015, considering similar issue this Court has granted ad-interim protection in those petitions while issuing notices.

1222.16WP 2] The learned counsel for the respondents submits that in Writ Petition Nos.1845 of 2014 and 4264 of 2016, the similar issue has been decided by this Court and by order dated 06.10.2016, both Writ Petitions i.e. Writ Petition Nos.1845 of 2014 and 4264 of 2016 have been dismissed and the same issue also covers in the present Writ Petition.

3] In view of the above, the present Writ Petition is dismissed.

4] In view of the dismissal of main Writ Petition, the pending Civil Application does not survive and the same stands disposed of accordingly.
