For the reasons stated in the Applications and as the learned counsel for the applicants points out the discrepancies in the evidence of the valuer and the error committed by the learned reference Court in considering the evidence of the valuer, stay is granted in terms of prayer clause (B), subject to condition of deposit of 50% of the decretal amount in this Court within a period of 12 weeks from today.
