CA-1399-2015+ 4.
Delay of 336 days caused in filing the present first appeals is sought to be condoned by the applicants-claimants on the ground that they are the poor agriculturists. According to them, they came to know about making arrangement of Court fees only after the certified copies were received. In the circumstances, the delay has caused.
5.
In my view, sufficient reasons are made out. Delay is therefore condoned. The Civil Applications are therefore allowed on the condition that the appellantapplicant would not be entitled for any statutory interest on the enhanced amount, if any, for the delayed period.
6.
Civil Applications are accordingly disposed of. [M.T. JOSHI] JUDGE arp/
