ORDER:

The petitioner seeks directions against respondent no. 2 to issue corrected caste certificate.

The order was passed by the Scrutiny Committee on 28.07.2017, wherein the Committee asked the petitioner to get the corrected tribe certificate. The petitioner claims to belong to Mala Jangam, Scheduled Caste.

Mr Patil, learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the Committee has proceeded further with the certificate produced by the petitioner and the matter has been referred to the Vigilance and the Vigilance submitted its report on 24.01.2018. 4.

In view of the fact that the proceedings are proceeded further, the order of Committee dt. 28.07.2017 shall not have any efficacy and the Committee will decide the proceedings on the basis of the certificate submitted by the petitioner on its own merits. 5.
