The order under challenge is dated 3rd October, 2017 passed by the trial Court.

The petitioner is the original plaintiff. The plaintiff had made an application praying that the defendants should place the certified copies of the documents on record and produce the same and then only permit the defendants to continue with the cross examination of

I have gone through the order passed by the trial Court. Considering the provisions of Order VIII Rule 1 and Order XIII Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, I see no reason to interfere with the order passed by the trial Court. The writ petition is rejected. [ M. S. KARNIK, J. ] SMS
