The application is filed for bail. Both the sides are heard.
This court has perused the papers of investigation.

The crime is registered on the basis of report given by victim girl. The applicant is the father of the victim. There are allegations against him that when she had not completed 18 years and when she was only 15 years, the applicant compelled her to marry with a man. She has made allegations that the husband then made her pregnant. She was not willing to marry and have
-:(2):- relations with husband. She gave report against the husband and present applicant.

The crime is registered for offence under sections 3 and 4 of The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and under sections 7 to 11 of the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act. Offence under section 376 is added against the husband. She has made allegations that the applicant has prepared false record to show her age. The applicant is behind bars since 2nd January, 2015. This Court holds that, it is not desirable to keep the applicant behind bars till the disposal of the case. It is not certain as to how much time will be required to dispose of the case. The husband is granted bail. 4.
In the result, the application is allowed. The applicant is to be released on bail on his furnishing P.R. & S.B. of Rs.15,000/-, He is not to tamper the prosecution witnesses. He is not to commit similar offence. [T. V. NALAWADE, J.] Dt.11/02/2015 ans/423
