It is being pointed out that this Court has already held the brothers of the respective petitioners entitled to have certificates of validity by the order passed in Writ Petition No.9144/2023 dated 01.08.2023.

The writ petition is disposed of directing the Committee to decide the petitioners' proposals, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within eight weeks.
