Taking into consideration the fact that the delay has been condoned and the appeal would come up for admission, there shall be 'Stay' in terms of prayer Clause 'B' subject to condition that the entire decreetal amount be deposited in this Court within a period of 12 weeks from today.

In case, the applicants fails to comply with this condition then it should be treated that there is no stay. In view of above, application for stay stands disposed of.
