Both sides present. They have filed compromise document on record. Learned respective counsels have identified their parties. It was injunction Suit, but they have divided the properties between the contesting parties. The Suit against original defendant was already dismissed as he has sold the property.

2 S.A. 841.2005.odt delete respondent Nos. 2-A and 2-B. So, they are deleted. But, the decree can not be given in terms of compromise as they want to transfer the property. They are at liberty to execute the conveyance document. The settlement is taken on record.

Second Appeal stands disposed of. In view of disposal of Second Appeal, Civil Application No. 5567 of 2005 also stands disposed of.
