This petition can be disposed of by directing the respondent No.3 Scrutiny Committee to take decision on the proposal in respect of validation of the tribe certificate issued to the petitioner and forwarded to the Scrutiny Committee, which is pending since 2004 and if not yet decided, to decide the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight months from today and it is accordingly directed. Writ Petition stands disposed of. 2.

Until the decision in respect of the validation of the caste certificate issued to the petitioner by the Scrutiny Committee, and subject to the order in that behalf by the Scrutiny Committee, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner only on the ground of his failure to submit the validity certificate. The petitioner undertakes to cooperate the Scrutiny Committee in expeditious disposal of the validation claim.
