This is an application moved by respondent wife for withdrawal of amount deposited in this court pursuant to order dated 10th July, 2015.

This is an amount of maintenance from the accumulated amount of Rs.9,50,000/-. There is no dispute that the appellant is made liable to pay under the orders of the court maintenance @ Rs.6000/- and Rs.4000/- for wife and minor daughter. 3.

In the circumstances, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and stands disposed of. The apportionment of the amount so withdrawn be made in the same ratio at the rate of maintenance granted by the courts.
