Shri A.D.Shinde, learned Advocate for the Applicants in all these three Civil Applications, submits that the Writ Petitions have been dismissed by the order dated 21.08.2015 passed by the Deputy Registrar for failure on the part of the Applicants/ Petitioners to remove office objections. He also prays for condonation of delay of 122 days caused in filing these Civil Applications for recalling the order dated 21.08.2015.

*2* 908.909.910.ca.867.872.873.16.con Shri S.K.Shinde, learned Advocate for Respondent Nos.1 and 2, opposes these Civil Applications on the ground that the reasons cited are not satisfactory.

The learned AGP appears on behalf of Respondent No.3 and does not oppose.

For the reasons set out in these three Civil Applications, the same are allowed. Delay of 122 days is condoned and the order dated 21.08.2015 is recalled, subject to costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) in each application to be deposited by the respective Applicant with the Advocate Association's Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad within a period of TWO WEEKS from today. After the Applicants/ Petitioners remove all office objections within THREE WEEKS from today, the Writ Petitions shall be restored at the same stage at which they were dismissed. Needless to state, if this order is not complied with, these Civil Applications shall stand rejected, the order dated 21.08.2015 shall stand restored and the Writ Petitions shall then stand dismissed. kps (RAVINDRA V.
