The petitioner has put forth prayer clause B as under:- "B) By Writ of Mandamus or any other kind of appropriate Writ like nature or orders and directions, directions may kindly be given to the Respondent No. 1 Dy. Director of the Education, Nasik Division Nasik, to decide pending transferred approval proposal dated 20/12/2021 of the petitioner which is annexed at Exh. "A" colly within stipulated period and further kindly be directed to the Resp. No. 1 to grant necessary approval on transferred order of the petitioner, transferred from Secondary School to Higher Secondary School on the post of Asst. Teacher w.e.f. 03/06/2019."

The learned AGP appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that the pending proposal can be decided within a particular time frame.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

We expect respondent No.1 to decide the pending proposal of the petitioner dated 20.12.2021, on it's own merits and in the light of the policies/rules applicable, on or before 15.04.2023. We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion with regard to the merits of the claim/proposal of the petitioner.
