The grievance of the petitioner is that the possession of the land has been taken in April, 2020. This petition is filed on 19-062022. 2.

The petitioners have putforth prayer clause 'B' as under:- B] By appropriate writ in the nature of

(2) certiorari or any other writ of like nature or by appropriate directions or by appropriate orders directions may be given to the respondents to start acquisition proceedings and make payment of compensation of the lands Gut Nos.

10, 11, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 27, 39 and 178 of village Sawangi (Ganga Kinara) Tq. Partur Dist. Jalna to the petitioners acquired for construction of National Highway No.

548C as per the provisions of National High Way Act, 1956 within a stipulated period.

The learned counsel representing the respondent Nos. 1 and 4 submits that the grievance of the petitioner would be resolved, if they will make detailed representation.

The learned AGP appears on behalf of respondent No.2.

In view of the above, this petition is

(3) disposed off by permitting the petitioners to approach respondent No.4 and putforth their representation. Respondent No. 4 would consider the same and in the event the grievance of the petitioner is well placed, he shall initiate action as is prescribed in law, within 60 days. [ANIL L.
