Learned counsel for the petitioner states that after filing of the present petition, petitioner is communicated by the office of the Collector, Aurangabad that the Collector has directed the SDO to decide the objection and submit report to the Collector office. 2] In the light of that, no orders are required to be passed by this Court. The SDO may take steps as directed by the Collector vide its letter dated 29.10.2015, of course, after hearing all parties concerned, expeditiously and preferably within six months. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. It is made clear that we have not considered the merits of the matter.
