ORDER:- 1.

Heard learned Counsel for the applicant - wife. The respondent husband, though served with notice, remained absent.

The applicant - wife is seeking transfer of Marriage Petition No.1610/2022 filed by the respondent - husband for getting divorce, from the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Pune to the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ambejogai 4.

According to the applicant-wife, she is not having any source of income. Moreover, she has also filed proceedings under Section 498-A of I.P.C., provisions of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act and and under Section 125 Cr.P.C at Ambejogai wherein respondent has appeared. There is no oppose to the application. As such, considering the convenience of applicant, following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) The application is hereby allowed.

(ii) Marriage Petition 1610/2022 pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Pune is transferred to Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ambejogai, District Beed for disposal according to law.

(iii) The respondent is directed to appear before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ambejogai on or before 15.04.2023.

(iv) The application is disposed of accordingly.
