A hand written application dated 11.07.2022 written by the petitioner to the respondent no.4, is said to be the representation of the petitioner and it is prayed that a direction be issued to respondent no.3 to decide the said representation.

We feel sorry to record that we can hardly make out the head and the tail of that application which is most illegible. Nevertheless, since the petitioner desires that respondent no.3 should decide the said application, this petition is disposed off.

We expect respondent no.3 to consider the said application expeditiously. If he is unable to read the same, he may call upon the petitioner to tender a typed copy of the application and consider it on its own merits and by following the due procedure laid down in law.
