The Circular issued by the Government of Maharashtra dated 17.04.2006 pertaining to extending financial assistance of Rs.3000/- to construct cattle shed (Gotha), is available only if the project affected person who has been allotted the house or land, has two or more than two cattle/live stock. Neither such contention was made before the District Collector, nor is it made before us in this Court. The representation addressed to the Collector dated 01.07.2022 is a single sentenced representation which is as vague as it could be. Without having a minimum of two cattle, the said financial assistance cannot be granted.

In view of the above, this petition is dismissed.

However, we grant liberty to the petitioners to submit individual representations containing details of the live stock that each applicant has while addressing the District Collector for seeking financial aid.
