DATE : 23.02.2021 P.C. :- Though in the prayer clause it is mentioned that the respondents are trying to destroy the construction. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondents are actually digging the plot and no construction is there in existence. According to him, the land belongs to Government and so action should be taken. In view of this submission to show bona fides the petitioner needs to deposit Rupees Fifty Thousand first. If the amount is not deposited within fifteen days the matter shall dismissed without back reference to the Court.
