Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The police apprehended the accused during patrolling. Only on the basis of this, he has been arraigned as an accused. However, there is no recovery from the applicant. Considering the material against the applicant from the charge sheet, it appears that there are no strong circumstances against him, therefore, he deserves bail. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant SHAIKH SALMAN S/O. SHAIKH YOUSUF be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and

38-BA.163-23.odt S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No.307 of 2021, registered by Police Station Vimantal, District Nanded, for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 394, 452, 427 of the IPC and Section 4/25 of the Arms Act, on the condition not to tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
