The admission of the petitioner is cancelled on the ground that the validity certificate is not produced before 25.08.2018. The petitioner was issued with the validity certificate by the committee on 28.08.2018 and the same was submitted on 03.09.2018 to the authorities. It also appears that 02.09.2018 was Sunday. The petitioner immediately after receipt of the same has submitted the validity certificate. This Court under order dated 24.01.2019 has protected the

2 wp 1037.19 admission of the petitioner and directed not to give effect to the impugned order and the petitioner was allowed to continue with the course.

Considering the order dated 24.01.2019 passed in the present writ petition and the fact that the petitioner has already submitted validity certificate and because of the interim order of this Court the admission of the petitioner is protected, the impugned communication is quashed and set aside.

The writ petition is accordingly allowed and disposed of. No costs.
