Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners.

Notice was issued by this Court on 23rd January, 2019. Learned Counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submitted that respondent Nos. 2 and 3 tender their apology for delay caused in compliance of the order of this Court. He submits that due to certain administrative difficulties, delay is caused and order of this Court dated 3rd July, 2018 is complied with in letter and spirit. Learned Counsel also placed on record the transfer orders dated 28th January, 2019. The petitioners also joined the school. The joining report of the petitioners is also placed on record along with the transfer order. The compilation of these documents are placed on record and marked 'X' for identification.

Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners admits this factual position.

As the order of this Court is complied with and the respondents have also tendered their unconditional apology to this Court for delay, by

(3) accepting their apology and considering the grievance of the petitioners is redressed, nothing survives in the petition. As such, Contempt Petition is accordingly disposed.
