After arguing for sometime, when we expressed our disinclination to grant relief in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for unconditional withdrawal of this petition. He submitted that, liberty be granted to approach the trial court for filing application for discharge. 2.

Permission is granted. The criminal writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn. The petitioner is at liberty to avail the remedy as available in law, which will have to be dealt with in accordance with law. If application of discharge is preferred by the petitioner, the same shall be decided on its own merits in accordance with law. The criminal application is disposed of. [BHARAT P.
