Mr.Dhakne, learned counsel submits that the Petitioners are entitled for salary of untrained teacher. However, the same is not being paid. Similarly situated teachers are being paid the said scale. The learned counsel submits that even representation is given to Respondent No.4. However, the same is not yet considered. Mr.Shinde, learned AGP submits that in case the said representation is not yet decided, the Respondent - Authority will decide the same on its own merits.

In light of the fact that the representation is still pending, we pass the following order:

I.

The Respondent No.4 / competent Authority shall decide the representation (Exhibit - 'E'), expeditiously, on its own merits as per law after hearing the concerned parties, preferably within six months.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
