The applicant nos.1A to 1G are the legal heirs of the deceased, hence, their names are necessary to be taken on record, hence, requested to allow the present application.

3] Considering the submissions of both learned counsel and the reasons mentioned in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B. Delay for filing this application is condoned.
