The terms have been verified by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court who has submitted a report dated 10.03.2025 confirming that the parties have indeed arrived at settlement and all the parties have expressly confirmed the said fact before him. In that view of the matter, the Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise dated 10.03.2025. 3.
