By this petition, the petitioner prays for a direction to the respondent for implementing the compromise dated 15.09.2003 arrived at before the Labour Court, Nasik in Complaint (ULP) No.249/2000. The petitioner is a resident of Nasik and the respondent is situated at Nasik. However, the respondent was appointed and was working at Nandurbar.

The denial of the respondent in abiding by the settlement arrived at before the Labour Court on 15.09.2003, would be a recurring cause of action, and the petitioner who is a permanent resident of Nasik will khs/Mar.2022/2933

- 2 - have a cause of action, either by raising an industrial dispute u/s 2(k) of the I.D.Act, or lodge a ULP complaint under Item 9 of Schedule IV before the Industrial Court, at Nasik. This Court will not be an executing court in such matters.
