The Petitioner has put forth a proposal to start the Arts, Commerce and Science College at Helas, Tq. Mantha, Dist. Jalna. The letter of intent is yet to be issued. 2.

The learned A.G.P. submits that, there are some pending petitions before this Court. However, as the ad interim orders have been modified, if there is no legal impediment in considering the proposal of the Petitioner and in the absence of any pending litigation, the proposal can be considered in

1890.23wp (2) accordance with the perspective plan and the Rules/Policies of the Government.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 4.

If there is no legal impediment or legal embargo on considering the proposal of the Petitioner, Respondent No.1 would consider the said proposal on it's own merits and in the light of the Rules/Policies applicable. Let such decision be arrived at, on or before 31/05/2023.
