In view of no objection, the Civil Application stands allowed in terms of Prayer Clause "B", "C" & "D", subject to payment of costs of Rs. 2000/- (Rs. Two thousand only), to be paid to the High Court Bar Library, within a period of four weeks from today. Acknowledgment thereof be produced on record.
