Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

Perused the application. The applicants preferred appeal for enhancement of the compensation awarded by the Tribunal in vehicular accident. However, there were office objections, but the applicants did not remove it. In the circumstances, the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court pleased to pass the order and thereby refused the registration of the appeal. Learned counsel for applicants undertakes to remove office objections within three weeks from the date of restoration of appeal to its original stage. 3.

In view of nature of subject-matter and the submissions advanced on behalf of the applicants, application deserves to be allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B and C". The delay caused in filing the present application stands condoned. The order of

2 933-CA-2233-17 refusal of registration of the appeal stands recalled. The first appeal be registered to its original stage subject to condition that applicants to remove the office objections raised by the office within three weeks from the date of restoration of appeal, failure to which present order shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to this Court.
