Learned counsel for applicants submits that in connected letters patent appeal no. 323 of 2010, civil application bearing no. 1264 of 2019 has been allowed by this court vide order dated 05-04-2019 and requests for similar treatment in present civil applications.

In view of aforesaid, we deem it appropriate to allow the civil applications by condoning delay in bringing legal representatives of deceased appellant/s on record. 3.
