The applicant/appellant herein has been convicted for the offence punishable under Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Section 342 of Indian Penal Code. He has been sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for three years and one year, respectively, for said offences. 3.

It will take time for hearing of the appeal. In view of the same and considering the quantum of sentence imposed, during pendency of the appeal, substantive sentence of imprisonment to stand suspended.

During pendency of the appeal, the applicant be released on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with one surety in the like amount. 5.
