Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

A limited grievance is raised in the petition and on that backdrop, the petitioner is praying for direction to respondent No.2 - Committee to decide tribe claim within stipulated period.

The petitioner was prosecuting her studies and in the process of her academic career, the claim was submitted to the Committee for validation. The copy of the application submitted to the Committee is placed on record at Exhibit-D. The claim is received by the Committee on 8th September, 2010.

Our attention was invited to the notice of hearing issued to the petitioner on 9th August, 2011. The scheduled date of hearing was 23rd March, 2011. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner appeared before the Committee on the scheduled date of hearing and the petitioner had already submitted relevant documents in support of her claim. The copies of such documents are also

(3) placed on record.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has completed M.Sc. B.Ed. and is interested to secure some job and for the recruitment purpose, the petitioner is in need of validity certificate. Learned Counsel, thus, prays for issuance of directions to the Committee. 6.

This being a limited grievance and prayer, we dispose of the petition at admission stage, by issuing directions to respondent No.2 - Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within twelve (12) weeks from today.

With these directions, the petition is disposed of.
