The grievance of the petitioner is that the intake capacity of the petitioner-Institution for M. P. Ed. is reduced from twenty to Zero. 2.

We have heard Mr. Choukidar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Malte, learned counsel for respondent No. 5. 3.

The respondents have pointed out the deficiencies existing including the deficiency with regard to the academic staff.

In the writ petition, we would not go into merit of the deficiencies as alleged, as it is for the authority to consider the same. The petitioner is not granted continuation of affiliation. According to the petitioner, the same is pending with the University. The University has only given a letter to stop the admission process for M. P. Ed. course.

We direct the respondents to take a final decision upon the application of the petitioner for continuation of affiliation for M. P. Ed. course within a period of eight (08) days from today. Depending upon the decision taken, further action shall be resorted to. 6.

The Registrar is present pursuant to the execution of the warrant. 7.
