At the outset, both the learned advocates inform the Court that the parties have arrived at settlement and pursuant to the settlement they have prepared compromise terms. The compromise terms are placed on record. The respondent Nos. 2 to 10 have executed power of attorney in favour of respondent No. 1 who is present in the Court and duly identified by his lawyer. The petitioner is also present in the Court and is identified by his lawyer. They accept the terms of compromise as produced on record. Both the parties in view of the compromise pray for disposal of petition.

The compromise terms are taken on record and marked as "X" for the purpose of identification.

The learned A.G.P. submits that, he has no objection to dispose off the petition.

In view of the compromise, the writ petition stands disposed off in terms of compromise.

In view of disposal of the writ petition, civil application also stands disposed off.
