On 15.06.2012 none appeared for the petitioner, however, the Court allowed the amendment to be carried out. The amendment is not carried out pursuant to the said order. On 30th March, 2015 the matter was on the board. It was observed by the Court that, the amendment is not yet carried out. The advocate for the petitioner is absent, however, the matter was adjourned in the interest of justice to 06.04.2015 as a last chance. 2.

On 07.04.2015 also none appeared for the petitioner, however, considering the fact that, there was interim order in favour of the petitioner, this Court adjourned the matter to

2 wp 2151.01 15.04.2015 as a last chance with specific observation that, in case none appears for the petitioner on the said date, the Court would be constrained to dismiss the matter.

Today also, when the matter is called out none appears for the petitioner. It appears that, the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present petition.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is dismissed in default. Rule discharged.
