The Petitioner is issued with the Caste Certificate by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Nanded. However, it is contended that, the Petitioner is permanent resident of Biloli, Distritct - Nanded and the place of the Petitioner's ancestors permanent residence on the notified date is the place of jurisdiction.

The Petitioner shall file online application for issuance of the Caste Certificate with the Sub-Divisional Officer, Biloli within three days. The Petitioner shall also surrender the original

2 wp 1372.2022 Caste Certificate received from Sub-Divisional Officer, Nanded with the Sub-Divisional Officer, Biloli. The Sub-Divisional Officer, Biloli shall verify about the permanent residence of the Petitioner and her ancestors on the notified date and if satisfied, shall consider the issuance of Caste Certificate to the Petitioner. The said process shall be done within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of filing of the online application and surrender of the original Caste Certificate before him.

The Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
