PER COURT :- 1.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the Division Bench of this Court by order dated 1.8.2014 permitted withdrawal to the applicants from the same award. None present for the acquiring body.

Heard the learned AGP for the State.

In view of the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court dated 1.8.2014, the applicants herein are permitted to withdraw the compensation in the same manner as under :- I.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw 25% of the total amount deposited on furnishing personal undertaking to this Court that in case, applicants are directed to refund the amount, they will refund the amount within one month.

II.

The applicants are allowed to withdraw further 25% of the total amount deposited by furnishing solvent surety of the like amount. III.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw further 25% amount on submitting a bank guarantee of the like amount of any Nationalized or Scheduled Bank.

IV.

The remaining 25% amount be kept in fixed deposit of any nationalized Bank.

Civil application accordingly disposed of.
