The appeal dates back to the year 2014. The amount lying with this Court is Rs.1,22,442/- plus interest. The application for restoration of the appeal is said to be pending. I am inclined to grant the application in toto. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B), on condition that the applicant to furnish solvent surety to the satisfaction of learned (Registrar), for withdrawal of the amount. .
