Mr.Shete, learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have not received the documents filed by respondent no.3 along with the application under under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 ("the Act", for short).

Mr.Adwant, learned Counsel for respondent no.3 submits that he will supply the necessary documents which were filed along with the application under Section 14 of the Act, to the petitioners.
