The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has been issued with the Caste Certificate by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Nanded in incorrect form. The Petitioner required the Caste Certificate in form "C".

The Petitioner shall file online application with the Sub-Divisional Officer, Nanded. The Petitioner shall also surrender the original Caste Certificate received by him to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Nanded. The Sub-Divisional Officer, Nanded shall verify that the Caste Certificate is

2 wp 1373.2022 issued by it's office and after convinced that the Caste Certificate is issued by his office shall issue corrected Caste Certificate to the Petitioner in form "C". The same shall be issued preferably within six (06) weeks from the date of application of the Petitioner.

The Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
