1) The application is filed for restoration of the appeal which is dismissed for non payment of Bhatta amount.

2) Heard learned counsel for the applicant. In view of the contentions made in the application and the submissions made this Court holds that application needs to be allowed. So, Civil Application No.2008 of 2016 is allowed. The matter is restored. Bhatta amount to be paid prior to 4th March 2016. If Bhatta paid, notice made returnable on 29th March 2016. If Bhatta is not paid the matter shall stand dismissed without back reference to Court.
