The applicant - Shree Sai Baba Sansthan Shirdi Trust has put-forth prayer clause-B as under:

"B) The Applicant may kindly be permitted to implement the Circulatory Resolution Dated 15/12/2022 passed by Ad-hoc Committee for issuing E-tender for purchasing medicine and medical supplies for both the hospitals of the Sansthan namely Shri Sainath Hospital and Shri Sai Baba Hospital as well as for issuing E- tender for giving the Medical shop on five year lease situated in the premises of Shri Sai Baba Hospital."

We have perused the resolution passed and the approval granted by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar who is the Chairperson of the Ad-hoc committee of the applicant-trust.

Considering the need and the procedure followed, this civil application is allowed, thereby permitting the applicant to follow the due process laid down in law for issuing the e-tenders for the purchase of medicines and medical supplies, as well as, for leasing out the medical shop for five years by following the e-tendering process.
