Heard. This is an application for fixing early date of hearing in an Appeal No.239 of 2006. The applicant is 69 years of age. It is his case that in view of the judgment and order convicting him for the offence punishable under sections 7, 13(1)(d) r/w (2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, he is not getting pension and other service benefits. 02.

Looking to the fact that the appeal is pending since 2006 and the applicant is in advanced age, fix the matter for hearing on Board dated 21.04.2023.
