Mr. Wakade, learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the Management has forwarded proposal to respondent No.3 on 11.07.2012, seeking permanent approval to the appointment of the petitioner, however, the same is not yet decided. 2.

We have heard learned A.G.P. also.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner (page Nos.38 and 38-A) is pending with respondent No.3/2, then respondent No.3/2 shall take decision upon

(2) WP No.1152/2018 it, on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy expeditiously and preferably within four months from today. Depending upon the decision on the proposal for approval, the Authority shall take further steps with regard to the aspect of payment of salary to the petitioner. 4.

In case the proposal is rejected, the contention of the petitioner to claim salary from the Management is kept open. 5.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
