ORAL ORDER :

Mr. Tope, the learned counsel for petitioner submits that the suit of the plaintiff was decreed. The decree is executed and in execution, possession has been delivered to the petitioner's father. However, the name in the revenue record is not yet mutated. The petitioner had also approached the Committee and the Sub-Divisional Officer had directed the Tahsildar to take necessary action and submit the report.

The learned A.G.P., on instructions from the Tahsildar, states that, necessary steps would be taken within a period of six weeks.
