Learned APP places before us the progress in the investigation. It is being pointed out that even the real sister of the missing person, by name, Shilpa Shivajirao Waghmare's statement was recorded on 03.03.2024, she has stated earlier that the missing person was in Pune and is currently residing in Nanded, albeit she had not provided the address. She even specifically mentioned that the efforts are being made to trace out her brother, who is a major. 2.

Considering the fact that the missing person is major and had left his residence on his own and apparently there is nothing before us to prima facie demonstrate about his wrongful confinement, we 1/2
