In the light of the law laid down by the Hon'ble apex Court in the matter of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani Vs. State of Maharashtra and others [2015 AIR SCW 6277], the petitioner desires to withdraw this petition to avail of the remedy of preferring a second revision u/s 257 of the M.L.R. Code.

As such, this petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The time spent in this Court from 20/01/2018 till the passing of this order would be a ground for condonation of delay, if any.
