We have heard the learned counsel for respective parties. 2.

The petitioner may submit his original tribe certificate with the proposal in prescribed format to the Scrutiny Committee for verification of his tribe claim. The committee shall accept the proposal of the petitioner for verification of his tribe claim, if it is submitted in proper format and shall decide

2 wp 1336.17 the same on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably within nine (9) months.

Depending upon the judgment that will be delivered by the committee the petitioner is at liberty to approach the University. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
