Under the present application, amendment is sought on the ground that after filing of the writ petition, Government Resolution is issued and the petitioner is challenging the implementation of the said Government Resolution.

The petition is not yet admitted. Even otherwise, the nonapplicant will have the right to controvert the amendment sought to be implemented.
